Spring in Bloom
As the days grow warmer and the world begins to bloom, spring brings a renewed sense of vibrancy and inspiration. It’s a season of color, fragrance, and fresh flavors, a time when nature’s s florals take center stage, not just in gardens but in cocktails as well. From delicate petals to aromatic botanicals, flowers have long been used to elevate drinks, adding layers of depth, elegance, and a touch of the unexpected.
To celebrate the arrival of Spring, for the month of March, I’m presenting a floral cocktail series, highlighting a different unique bloom each week.
First up: Jasmine, one of my favorite florals, known for its sweet and delicate aroma. Often associated with warm breezes and twilight gardens, jasmine lends a subtle yet enchanting floral note to drinks, pairing beautifully with bright, citrusy flavors.
This week’s creation, the Jasmine Grapefruit Paloma, captures the essence of spring in a glass. The zesty bitterness of grapefruit meets the soft, floral whispers of jasmine, creating a cocktail that’s both refreshing and sophisticated. Perfect for golden-hour sipping, garden gatherings, brunch, or simply welcoming the new season with something special in hand.
