Meet your new favorite zenning mocktail! This refreshing spritz is the perfect blend of earthy Ashwagandha, tart hibiscus, and zesty lemon, topped with sparkling water for a playful bubbly finish. A sip that not only tastes good, but also works to soothe the mind and body!

What is Ashwagandha?

An ancient adaptogen that has been a staple in Ayurveda for thousands of years. Now a very trendy wellness ingredient that is used to reduce stress by balancing cortisol levels and promoting relaxation.

This one is truly a zenning ingredient, perfect for brunch, winding down, or an any time mocktail!

Recipe:

2 oz Ashwagandha tea

1 oz Hibiscus tea

3/4 oz Lemon juice

1/2 oz Agave syrup

Sparkling water

Ice

Method:

Combine ashwagandha tea, hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and agave syrup in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake for 15 seconds until chilled.

Strain and pour cocktail into prepared cocktail glass.

Top off with sparkling water.

Option garnish: Hibiscus salt, Dried lemon wheel, florals
