Ingredients: Gin, Rosewater, Tonic water, Simple Syrup, Ice, Edible Roses

Recipe for the Rose Gin & Tonic:

2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Rose water

1 tsp Simple Syrup

4 oz Tonic water

Ice

Recipe for Hibiscus Cold Foam:

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp hibiscus syrup

Recipe for Hibiscus syrup

1 cup Sugar

1 cup Water

1/2 cup dried Hibiscus flowers

Directions:

1. In a cocktail glass, add ice, pour gin, rose water, and simple syrup.

2. Top off glass with tonic water leaving about 1/2-1 inch space.

3. Prepare cold foam by whisking together hibiscus syrup and heavy cream until frothy.

4. Gently pour or spoon cold foam on top of cocktail to create a foam layer.

5. Garnish with dried roses for a festive touch.
